– Monthly payment plan through Unity Catholic Federal Credit Union (UCFCU). Forms must be complete according to UCFCU schedule.

**If the tuition balance is not paid in full, or arrangements are not made to enroll in the payment plan, a $200 surcharge per student will be applied and is due no later than August 1.

Financial Aid is available for qualifying families.

Payment Plan with Unity Catholic Federal Credit Union

Incarnate Word Academy partners with Unity Catholic Federal Credit Union to provide a monthly payment plan option for tuition payments. Families must complete and send an application online by Friday, May 2, 2026. All applications will be processed through the credit union.
On Friday, May 16, 2026, loan documents will be emailed to families for signature at the email address provided, or families may call and make an appointment to sign at any credit union branch. Final loan documents must be signed by Friday, May 23, 2026, for tuition to be timely funded. All loans will be funded on Monday, June 2, 2026.
