Whether you’re new to Incarnate Word Academy or returning for another year, we can’t wait to welcome you to the 2026-27 school year. Check back often as we add new information throughout the summer.

- August 5: Uniforms-R-Us Sale at Saint Joseph Hall from 5-7 pm
- August 24: Supply Drop Off (anytime from 3-5 pm with parent and student)
- August 25: First Day of School for grades 1-8
- August 26: KP Orientation at 6 pm/ K Orientation at 7pm in Saint Joseph Hall (Parents Only)
- August 27: Popsicles and Pajamas for KP & K at 6:30 pm
- September 1: First Day of School for KP and K
Online Supply Store
You can now go online to order PE uniforms for students in grades K-8 AND school supplies that are only offered through IWA. All online orders will be will be in your child’s homeroom at Supply Drop Off.

Summer Learning
Our traditional Summer Work Learning packets for students entering grades K–8 will now be shared exclusively in a digital format. Families will be able to access the Summer Learning packet below.
Summer Learning is designed to spark curiosity, foster creativity, and encourage meaningful, joyful learning experiences throughout the summer months. We want students to explore, discover, and grow at their own pace—returning to school in the fall not just prepared, but inspired.
ALL current students and newly enrolled students entering kindergarten through eighth grade will have required and optional learning opportunities. The Kinder Prep packet is optional.

RaiseRight Certificate Program
IWA families have the opporunity to support the school through their daily purchases. RaiseRight allows you to purchase gift cards online (they are then shipped to the school and delivered to your childs homeroom) for nearly any store and a percentage of your purchase comes back to the school.
