Admissions

Registration for students attending Incarnate Word Academy the following school year takes place in January. The registration form must be accompanied by the non-refundable registration fee.  Children entering Kindergarten must be five (5) years of age on or before September 30. Registration for new families takes place in February. Incarnate Word Academy is a private school, therefore, the administration reserves the right to review and screen all registrations.  Records of new students must be reviewed before admission is finalized.  

Incarnate Word Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities made available to all students.
